The Management Committee
Our management committee is elected once a year by our members. For 2019 the management committee consists of the follow:
Antoinette Christie (Chairperson)
Antoinette is the founder & chairperson of M.E Support Northern Ireland and is likely to be the first point of contact for new members and enquiries. When not helping people with M.E. Antoinette enjoys going to yoga, she is kept busy with her 3 sons and granddaughter. Antoinette is fully qualified in a range of holistic therapies.

Jeanette Marley
Jeanette acts as our Secretary and carries out many roles in our charity. Jeanette currently works as a medical secretary.

David Christie
David is our Vice-Chairperson and oversees our finances, project management and general administrative duties. David received a Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from bed while severely affected by M.E.

Anne Smyth (BSC, MSW, QUB)
Anne has a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor of science degree in psychology. The last 15 years Anne has worked as a physical disability social worker and advocates for M.E sufferers. Anne has huge experience in social care services, hence being able to organise care packages, she can link in with GPS and health professionals. Anne also assists with PIP and ESA forms and provides supportive reports.
